At Fresh, we offer luxuries large and small, creating everything from simple, chic arrangements to truly opulent bouquets. Our custom design process is planned to allow us to capture your style and the special qualities of the venue and season you’ve chosen.

We serve all of Vermont, designing weddings everywhere from historic inns to art galleries to country gardens. All of our services are offered by appointment and we are happy to accommodate you on weekends and evenings in addition to weekdays.

The initial in-person consultation, up to 2 hours, is free. We will meet you at your wedding venue, explore the site with you, and use photos and targeted questions to discover your personal style. If you live in a distant location and are unable to visit Vermont, we offer complimentary telephone and web-based consultations.

Following the consultation, we will send you a detailed written proposal accompanied by images that will help you to envision the designs. This proposal can be revised until you are 100% happy with the results.

You can reserve your wedding date with Fresh with a $200 deposit. We schedule only one event per weekend so that your wedding will receive the attention it deserves.

Weddings within a 1 1/2 hour drive of our studio are priced at $3500 and up. Weddings at a distance of 2 hours or more from our studio start at $5000. These prices include site visits, consistent communication during the planning process, coordination with your other vendors, a lead designer and one or more assistant designers on your wedding day (depending on the size of the event), delivery, set-up, and flower clean-up the day after your event. This figure does not include the 6% Vermont state sales tax.

Each wedding is priced individually. Our estimates are based on your budget and your specific needs and wishes, and we itemize each element of your overall design from the smallest boutonniere to the largest bouquet.

In arriving at a flower budget, many of the couples we work with find that a helpful staring point is to allocate 10% – 20% of their overall wedding budget to flowers, making adjustments once they have reviewed the design proposal.

Common factors that affect price are seasonality, the complexity of a design, the quantity, and type of flowers, and the amount of time it takes to prepare a bouquet (sometimes simple elegance isn’t really that simple!) Origin also plays a role; most flowers are grown outside of the United States, and though many people don’t realize it, a single bouquet might contain flowers flown in from Ecuador, Holland, and Australia in addition to “local” flowers from California, Hawaii, and Vermont. Your bouquet is truly cosmopolitan.
